Departments of Health; Social Services; Rehabilitative Services; Deaf and Hard of Hearing; Mental Health, Retardation & Substance Abuse; Visually Handicapped; Rights of Virginians with Disabilities Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV); Game & Inland Fisheries; and military recruitment offices.
Applications to register by mail to vote are available at the following locations:
York County Offices of Public Information; Human Resources; Park & Recreation; Environment & Development Services; Clerk of Circuit Court; Commissioner of the Revenue; Treasurer; Griffin-Yeates Center; Public Library; Bruton, Grafton, Tabb and York High Schools; Coventry and Waller Mill Elementary Schools; US Post Office branches (Yorktown, Lackey and Seaford); SunTrust Banks, Grafton and James York Plaza, Williamsburg.
